Listen: to your ancestors

“Listen: to your ancestors”
was painted in the year 2007. During the 1940’s in Chicago, Mexican migrant workers worked the farm lands with a short handle hoe.   Land owners would use this tactic to abuse and degrade farm workers. The demand to have better tools by mexican migrant workers gave birth to the UFW (United Farm Workers Union). We should listen to our ancestors and realize their greatness.  So we can have greatness.
